Where I work. Remote-first, by design — that is part of why the price can be fixed. I work in your systems, on your screens, in scheduled working sessions, shadowing the real task as it happens rather than being described to me. On-site days are included for Tampa Bay engagements, and on any sprint at $8,000 or above I come to you for sprint zero and handover, anywhere in the continental US, at my cost. Below that, on-site time is available at actual travel cost, agreed in writing before anything is booked.
